Your Role
As a Fashion Stylist Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' experiences through personalized styling services. Our Personal Stylist service is dedicated to exceeding client expectations with wardrobe consultations, comprehensive styling, exclusive access to merchandise, and tailored fashion assistance. We seek a dedicated and enthusiastic team member who demonstrates a strong commitment to exceptional customer service to support our Personal Stylist / Client Advisor in crafting unforgettable experiences for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Personal Stylist in organizing and executing client appointments.
  • Process transactions efficiently at the point of sale.
  • Manage merchandise for Fashionphile Service.
  • Conduct follow-ups post-appointment, including tracking orders, managing alterations, and sending thank-you notes.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling effectively.
  • Maintain accurate client information records.
  • Support digital selling initiatives and enhance social media engagement.
  • Organize gifting initiatives and experiences for top clients.
  • Ensure unsold merchandise is returned to inventory.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms, utilizing housekeeping services as needed.

What You Bring

  • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and applications.
  • A keen sense of fashion and style.
  • Previous experience in sales or retail is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in styling, fashion, or retail is essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Willingness to undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
