Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist:

  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks in a collaborative team setting.
  • Reach out to clients to arrange and confirm service appointments.
  • Organize technician schedules to optimize travel time and suggest alternative routes when necessary.
  • Coordinate with Service Technicians to fulfill customer needs.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to clients regarding services rendered.
  • Make outbound calls to clients concerning outstanding account balances.
  • Process payments from overdue clients.
  • Efficiently navigate a Windows-based and web-based system to track routes and enhance current and future schedules.
  • Reschedule unserviced accounts within a 24-hour timeframe.
  • Receive inbound customer service calls with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Utilize strong listening skills and probing questions to identify customer concerns and assess their needs.
  • Employ effective communication skills to connect with and empathize with customers.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Engage in quality assurance processes and initiatives as required.
