Summary
National Power, LLC is seeking a skilled Program Coordination Specialist. In this role, you will operate under the guidance of the Director of Broadband Service, playing a crucial part in managing incoming inquiries, generating work orders, and collaborating with subcontractors to ensure prompt job execution in alignment with our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Directing subcontractors and equipment to designated locations based on client requests or urgent requirements.
- Creating and updating work orders with estimated times of arrival (ETAs), follow-up actions, and resolutions.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of customer requests, services rendered, costs, and other dispatch-related information.
- Monitoring open tickets to guarantee timely resolution and providing status updates to clients.
- Coordinating necessary repairs to restore services and scheduling these activities.
- Professionally handling incoming calls.
- Facilitating communication between subcontractors and clients through various channels, including text, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
- Providing regular updates to clients regarding job progress, ETAs, and resolutions.
- Collaborating with supervisors or clients to address issues, service requests, or equipment requirements.
- Ensuring all tickets are resolved within the established SLA.
- Participating in departmental meetings as required.
- Identifying and communicating opportunities for process enhancements.
- Acting as the primary contact for internal and external clients to resolve tickets efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma; some college education is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in service dispatching.
- Supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- A positive attitude, strong customer service orientation, and attention to detail.
- The ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in group settings.
- Dependability and accountability in following instructions and meeting commitments.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.
