About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Recruiting Clerk to join our team at EarthCam. As a key member of our hiring department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a High Degree of Organization: Ensure the hiring department's operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Perform Clerical Duties: Handle paperwork, process background checks, and perform other administrative tasks.
  • Schedule Interviews and Communicate with Candidates: Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews in a timely manner.
  • Draft Communications Materials: Create and edit communications materials, such as emails and letters.
  • Perform Recruitment Duties: Schedule interviews, update calendars, and monitor emails related to recruitment.
  • Maintain an Accurate Candidate Database: Ensure the candidate database is up-to-date and accurate.
