The Proposal Management Specialist will collaborate with both internal and external executives, project managers, and business development leaders to craft compliant and compelling responses to RFQs and RFPs, while also engaging in activities that bolster our growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, draft, edit, and produce responses to solicitations, including SOQs, RFQs, RFPs, and ITBs, which encompasses research, technical content development, graphics, page layout, and design.
  • Work alongside multiple department heads to compile materials and oversee the entire proposal process from inception to submission.
  • Review and analyze solicitations, ensuring proposal content is accurate, grammatically correct, consistent, and compliant with all requirements.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, leave-behind materials, and handouts for client interviews.
  • Assist in tracking and documenting opportunities for weekly strategy meetings.
  • Schedule and engage in strategy sessions.
  • Participate in pre-proposal meetings and debriefings as necessary.
  • Support additional business development and marketing functions as required.
  • Maintain and update the marketing department's documentation and databases, including resumes, project portfolios, photographs, references, licenses, certifications, and project histories.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal coordination and marketing support within the engineering, construction, or construction technology sectors.
  • Proven experience in writing technical proposals.
  • Familiarity with government RFP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
