The Proposal Management Specialist will collaborate with both internal and external executives, project leaders, and business development teams to craft compliant and compelling RFQ/RFP submissions, along with supporting activities that drive our growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, draft, revise, and finalize responses to solicitations, including SOQs, RFQs, RFPs, and ITBs; this encompasses research, technical writing, graphics, layout, and design.
  • Engage with various departmental leaders to compile materials and oversee the entire proposal lifecycle from inception to submission.
  • Analyze solicitations and edit proposal content for accuracy, coherence, and adherence to requirements.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations, leave-behind materials, and handouts for client interviews.
  • Assist in tracking and documenting opportunities for weekly strategy meetings.
  • Organize and participate in strategic planning sessions.
  • Attend pre-proposal meetings and debriefings as necessary.
  • Support additional business development and marketing initiatives as required.
  • Maintain and update the marketing department's documentation and databases, including resumes, project portfolios, photographs, references, licenses, certifications, and project histories.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal coordination and marketing support within engineering, construction, or construction technology sectors.
  • Proficient in writing technical proposals.
  • Familiarity with government RFP systems.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
