Business Development Manager

Randstad USA Careers is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Develop and deliver customized solutions to meet client needs and exceed expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
- Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years of professional sales experience
- Strong history of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications and digital tools
