About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at OneMain Financial. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing our branch staff to achieve exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet individual and branch sales and collections goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and presenting personalized solutions
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and providing coaching and training to branch staff
  • Manage the life cycle of loans, including closing, collections, and compliance with laws and regulations
  • Assist in the training and development of branch team members, providing interim leadership in the absence of the Branch Manager
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in financial services leadership, with a track record of achieving established business goals and objectives
  • Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date, if required by state
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field
