Job Title: Customer Support Representative

About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a high-volume call environment
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
