Performance Metrics Analyst II

Position Overview:
As a Performance Measurement Analyst II, you will play a crucial role in providing system administration, reporting, and analytical support to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Your responsibilities will include compiling and analyzing performance data on a monthly and quarterly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and generate both new and existing ad-hoc performance reports utilizing various banking systems on a regular basis.
- Conduct thorough analysis, audits, and reconciliations of performance results, identifying and addressing discrepancies as they arise.
- Develop spreadsheets to effectively monitor and analyze performance outcomes.
- Investigate unexpected trends, conducting research as necessary, and provide management with actionable recommendations.
- Prepare performance measurement and audit tools for various evaluations, including rankings and incentive assessments.
- Assist in the execution of annual and quarterly audits, ensuring all reports are ready for internal and external review.
- Stay informed about reporting standards and departmental requirements, adapting to any changes in banking systems.
- Adhere to all operational policies and regulatory requirements, including compliance training.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a banking environment is essential.
- At least 2 years of experience in performance measurement or analysis is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis is mandatory, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills are crucial.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and excellent computer literacy across various software platforms is expected.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interaction with all levels of personnel.
Compensation:
The starting base salary for this position ranges from $71,869 to $114,797 annually, with variations based on experience and location. This role is also eligible for bonuses and commissions.
