What is the Opportunity?
As a Performance Measurement Analyst II, you will provide essential system administration, reporting, and analytical support to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Your role will involve the creation and compilation of monthly and quarterly performance data and reports using various banking systems. You will also reconcile performance discrepancies with management and assist in performance audits, incentive plan calculations, and other special projects as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, produce, and distribute both new and existing ad-hoc performance reports and calculations on a monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis for performance rankings, measurements, composites, and incentives.
- Conduct thorough analysis, auditing, and reconciliation of performance results, account postings, transactions, and other metrics, identifying potential discrepancies.
- Collaborate with management to review any discrepancies and develop solutions.
- Create spreadsheets to monitor and analyze performance results, reviewing for unexpected trends and making recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare performance measurement and audit tools for use during rankings, reviews, campaigns, and annual awards.
- Assist with annual and quarterly audits, preparing necessary reports for internal and external audits.
- Stay informed about specific reporting standards, departmental requirements, and changes/enhancements to banking systems.
- Ensure compliance with all operational and credit policies, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Complete all required training to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a banking environment is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in performance measurement, analysis, or administration is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills are essential.
- In-depth understanding of unit and division performance measurements and incentive plans.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and analytics platforms.
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of personnel.
Compensation:
The starting base salary for this position ranges from $71,869 to $114,797 per year, with exact compensation varying based on skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for bonuses and/or commissions.
