OVERVIEW:
As a Performance Measurement Analyst II, you will play a crucial role in providing system administration, reporting, and analytical support to enhance operational efficiency and delivery within the division. Your expertise will be essential in compiling and analyzing performance data on a monthly and quarterly basis, ensuring accuracy and consistency across various systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design, produce, and distribute both new and existing ad-hoc performance reports and calculations utilizing various bank systems for performance rankings, measurements, and incentives.
2. Conduct thorough analysis, auditing, and reconciliation of performance results, account postings, and transactions to identify and address discrepancies.
3. Collaborate with management to review discrepancies and develop solutions.
4. Create and maintain spreadsheets to monitor and analyze performance outcomes.
5. Investigate unexpected trends, conducting research as necessary, and provide recommendations to management based on findings.
6. Prepare performance measurement and audit tools for use during reviews, campaigns, and awards.
7. Assist in the execution of annual and quarterly audits, preparing necessary reports for internal and external review.
8. Stay informed on reporting standards, departmental requirements, and system enhancements to ensure compliance.
9. Adhere to all operational and credit policies, as well as regulatory requirements.
10. Complete all mandatory training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a banking environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in performance measurement or analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- In-depth understanding of performance measurements and incentive plans.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and analytics platforms.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
COMPENSATION:
Starting base salary ranges from $71,869 to $114,797 annually, with potential eligibility for bonuses and commissions based on skills and experience.
