Job Summary

As an Automotive Sales/Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting customers in their car buying journey, from initial contact to delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, text, or in-person to determine their needs and preferences
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about our vehicles
  • Work with inventory and the acquisition team to determine market value and negotiate trade-ins
  • Explain purchase terms, including price, payments, and loan duration, in a clear and concise manner
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their questions are answered and they have a positive experience
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (3-year minimum)
  • Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
