Job Overview

A leading staffing solutions provider, Swoon is seeking an experienced Procurement Operations Specialist to join their team in New York. This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension, offering a competitive hourly rate of $80.

Responsibilities
  • Invoice Reconciliation: Develop and document a comprehensive end-to-end invoice reconciliation process for IT goods, from acquisition to disposal.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with IT, Sourcing, and Finance teams to document their current roles and responsibilities within the invoice reconciliation workflow.
  • Solution Development: Based on findings, propose a solution to streamline the invoice reconciliation process and improve overall efficiency.
