Job Title: Procurement Specialist Manager

KPMG is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist Manager to join our Managed Services practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of cloud-based platform applications, collaborating with industry professionals, and delivering high-quality results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of cloud-based enterprise applications, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly status reports and performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Oversee client delivery by providing timely and accurate reporting and creating insights to clients with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Lead workshops and presentations of key solution design, technology architecture concepts, and demonstrations to client stakeholders.
  • Manage onshore/offshore teams that provide level 2/3 support, including break/fix, enhancements, reports, and upgrades to KPMG clients and users of cloud-based applications.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in post-production, managed services support, or consulting experience working directly with internal/external clients.
  • Minimum two years of recent experience in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in the fields of management information systems, finance, supply chain, general business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with upgrades and functional testing, understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM, and service desk management.
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of standard processes and configurations across cloud applications such as Ivalua.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work closely with a mixed team, including project managers, technical consultants, and clients to deploy and operate technology solutions.
