Patient Coordinator

Trigent Software is seeking a highly skilled Patient Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients and patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Communication Skills: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, patients, and visitors, ensuring timely and professional exchange of information.
- Computer Skills: Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting patients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Entry & Report Preparation: Accurately enter data and prepare reports for committee meetings and other hospital departments/services.
- Information Distribution: Maintain accurate and up-to-date computer data information, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate meeting dates and times, arrange for conference rooms and audio-visual equipment, and attend meetings to take minutes as requested.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, complete copying and collating tasks, and ensure efficient filing systems.
- 2 years' experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Excellent working knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to use spreadsheets for data display and manipulation.
- Excellent customer service behavior and communication skills.
