As a Patient Nutrition Coordinator at Sodexo, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive the nutritional support they need for optimal health and recovery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized meal plans based on patient needs and dietary restrictions.
  • Organizing and managing patient menus to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and smooth food service operations.
  • Producing meal tickets, nourishment labels, and production tallies for patient menus.
  • Responding to interdepartmental inquiries regarding patient nutrition and meal plans.
  • Maintaining office equipment and supply inventory for the nutrition department.
