Position Overview
As a Client Success Strategist within the Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) team, your primary focus will be on retaining and enhancing relationships with our construction clientele.
In the Customer Success division, we recognize that fostering the adoption of our cloud-based solutions and meeting our clients' objectives is crucial for establishing enduring partnerships and driving revenue growth for ACS.
Reporting to the Area Manager of Customer Success, the Client Success Strategist will serve as a strategic ally to your designated clients, ensuring their goals are consistently met.
You will lead initiatives for product adoption, expanding your connections within the client organization to identify and develop repeatable strategies by gathering product insights, client feedback, and analyzing successful customer patterns.
Utilizing these strategies, you will champion the success of your clients and collaborate on objectives and progress during Executive Business Reviews.
Moreover, you will represent the client in discussions regarding product roadmaps and the strategic vision for our construction business.
This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the USA or Canada, preferably near an airport due to travel obligations.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new construction clients, emphasizing the acceleration of their time to value and assisting them in achieving favorable outcomes.
- To realize these positive business results, you will identify opportunities for expanding solution adoption and recommend best practices to enhance post-purchase engagement.
- Exceed target objectives by maintaining a high customer retention rate, collaborating with EBCS sales to ensure renewals, and pinpointing expansion opportunities.
- Conduct regular check-in calls, executive business reviews, webinars, and mentoring sessions with clients.
- Monitor account health to identify potential churn risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Encourage and promote the use of the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with your clients and advocate for their needs within the Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) team.
- Propose and establish processes that enable our organization to scale effectively.
- Lead the transformation of processes and best practices as part of a dynamic and growing team.
- Act as an ambassador for EBCS while identifying industry-specific positive business outcomes, necessary capabilities, and relevant forums to raise awareness of EBCS services.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, B2B role.
- 4-Year Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing capacity.
- Willingness to travel up to 35%.
- Ability to conduct discovery discussions with a deep understanding of the construction industry.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of AEC workflows and familiarity with BIM solutions focused on construction.
- Previous experience in the construction sector (e.g., Project Manager, VDC Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer).
