About This Role

We are seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to lead our customer-facing team in the successful execution of AI projects in Automotive Service. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all customer solutions, including representing the company in front of all customer engagements, responsible for upselling and account management, managing timelines and deliverables for customer initiatives, ensuring quality standards for deliverables are met, and closely collaborating with Engineering, Sales, DevOps, and QA teams.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields or equivalent
  • Prior exposure to or experience in Enterprise software and leading activities for enterprise customers
  • An interest in and a basic understanding of artificial intelligence, ML/AI processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ideally prior leadership experience in customer-facing roles
  • Attention to detail and commitment to deliver excellent results
  • Experience with analytical, research, reporting work
  • Enthusiastic and proactive team player
