About the Role

Flowcode is a pioneering company that bridges the gap between the physical and digital worlds. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving client success and growth. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, and continued usage of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized onboarding plans to ensure rapid client adoption and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs, driving process improvements and upsell opportunities.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients, empowering them to maximize the value of our platform.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and progress reviews to ensure client satisfaction and goals are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance client success and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success roles at product-led, growth-focused organizations.
  • Proven track record of driving client retention and growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and experience managing multiple stakeholder needs simultaneously.
