About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team at Atlassian. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth across our enterprise customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value of our products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and goals, and providing strategic guidance and support to drive success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to customer success, and develop and implement strategies to prevent churn and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive customer success and growth.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in customer success or account management, with a proven track record of driving customer success and growth in an enterprise software environment.
  • Experience working with complex SaaS products and solutions, and a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex customer data and develop strategic plans to drive success and growth.
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Gainsight, and a strong understanding of sales and marketing processes.
