What We Are Looking For:

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Client Success Strategist to become a vital part of our expanding Customer Success team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our Enterprise clients by fostering robust relationships, employing a proactive approach, making data-informed decisions, collaborating across teams, and focusing on continuous enhancement of the customer success journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong, strategic partnerships with key clients, taking ownership of their relationship and success with Hyro.
  • Serve as the primary liaison, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers.
  • Design and implement comprehensive strategic success plans that align with client goals and organizational objectives.
  • Comprehend the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding through retention and expansion, identifying opportunities to elevate the customer experience at every stage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, solutions, sales, and partnerships, to address client needs and ensure the effective use of Hyro's offerings.
  • Utilize customer data and analytics to inform decisions, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success and identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Advocate for the customer perspective internally, facilitating informed decisions across the organization and fostering a customer-centric culture.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding relationships with existing clients based on their evolving needs and Hyro's capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a customer success or account management role within a B2B technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with Enterprise clients and a solid understanding of Enterprise organizational structures.
  • Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor discussions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with the capability to identify and pursue growth opportunities within customer accounts.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively across diverse tasks and assess situational urgency.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for client engagements.
  • Familiarity with Conversational AI, Chatbots, or the Healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.

The compensation for this role will be determined based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
