Job Summary

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Data Integration and Interoperability Engineer to join its team. As a key member of the Capabilities & Integration team, you will be responsible for providing build and operations engineering support for digital health application infrastructure environments in AWS Cloud and other cloud service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide build and operations engineering support for digital health application infrastructure environments in AWS Cloud and other cloud service providers.
  • Test, plan, and deploy COTS, OS, and infrastructure updates and patches to project environments.
  • Understand and administer IdAM solutions supporting team access.
  • Configure and maintain user accounts and network access to SecDevOps environment.
  • Support resolution of operational issues and employ best practice in troubleshooting and resolving tickets received from user community.
  • Support scheduling and execution of pipeline build and deployment activities within project cloud computing environments.
  • Coordinate with Tiered engineering team and COTS vendor engineering to resolve build and operational tickets.
  • Contribute to design and use of Infrastructure as Code for large-scale infrastructure implementations.
  • Assist in introduction of new capabilities, enhancement, or troubleshooting of existing capabilities.
  • Integrate commercial products with semi-custom developed solutions to meet functional requirements.
  • Communicate with Product Team Owners, application development and integration teams, network teams, and application security teams.
Requirements
  • Requires BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on full-time Cloud experience required.
  • US Citizenship.
  • At least 1 AWS certification.
  • Experience includes AWS configuration and operations, large enterprise AWS Kubernetes implementation, Infrastructure as Code design, deployment, migration, and sustainment, GitLab, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, REST API's, JSON/XML, Linux Systems Administration, and Windows Server Administration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ years of hands-on, full-time AWS cloud experience highly desirable.
  • Implementation experience with Docker, Python, scripting, Mulesoft, InterSystems, FHIR/HL7, HashiCorp applications, and Oracle Cerner.
