Amazon Web Services (AWS) is on the lookout for a highly skilled and self-motivated Senior Partner Marketing Manager to spearhead the marketing strategy and initiatives aimed at facilitating the transition of enterprise applications and workloads to AWS cloud solutions through our sales teams and partners.

This position emphasizes collaboration with key AWS Industry partners across diverse sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in partner marketing, a profound understanding of cloud computing dynamics, and the capability to develop innovative and scalable marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive global partner marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with success metrics.
  • Create top-tier programs that promote the migration of enterprise applications and workloads to AWS in collaboration with Global System Integrators (GSIs), System Integrators (SIs), and other partners.
  • Work closely with alliance partners to execute joint marketing efforts that showcase the advantages of utilizing AWS for workloads.
  • Design and develop scalable global campaigns, toolkits, and resources to facilitate partner execution.
  • Oversee the promotion of partner offerings at AWS events and ensure partner representation at alliance events.
  • Collaborate with global alliance teams to pinpoint priorities and focus initiatives that meet functional and technical requirements.

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience, excluding internships.
  • Proven ability to utilize data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs or campaigns from inception to completion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leveraging customer research, quantitative data, and metrics to support assumptions, forecast outcomes, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Our compensation reflects the labor costs across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this role varies based on market location and may differ depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
