Role Overview
As a vital member of the AWS Product Marketing Operations team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across AWS Marketing and service teams to design and execute scalable programs and processes that effectively communicate AWS's key narratives to customers and partners globally.

Collaboration and Quality Assurance
You will engage closely with AWS subject matter experts, product marketers, and product managers to implement programs that uphold a high standard for marketing outputs.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a seasoned and adept program manager who can creatively operationalize new marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter, skilled in resolving complex challenges, and comfortable utilizing data for informed decision-making.

Organizational Skills
The candidate should exhibit strong organizational skills, be methodical in their approach, manage multiple projects effectively, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable operating models, processes, tools, and templates across multiple teams.
  • Leverage data and metrics to drive enhancements and strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate collaboration among stakeholder teams.
  • Manage reporting to deliver program metrics to leadership.

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional marketing experience
- Proficiency in using data and metrics for improvement
- Experience with Excel or Tableau for data analysis
- Proven track record in managing multiple marketing campaigns
- Experience working within cross-functional marketing teams

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing multi-territory campaigns
- Background in digital marketing and content production processes
