Job Title: Enterprise BDR Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise BDR Team Lead to join our team at 6sense. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Enterprise Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, coach, and motivate a team of BDRs to ensure they overachieve quota
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s with each BDR to drive pipeline, outline career progress, and establish retention of company values
  • Identify and make recommendations to improve productivity, efficiency, and process
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to ensure opportunities generated by BDRs are high-quality and converting to stage 2 pipeline
  • Collaborate with product to share BDR team use cases and best practices
  • Help onboard new BDRs to ensure they get up to production quickly

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Enterprise Sales Development Management experience
  • Experience building and scaling BDR teams, coaching, recruiting, and motivating BDRs
  • Track record of effective collaboration between sales management and marketing leaders
  • Proven work experience as an Enterprise BDR
