Job Title: Enterprise Business Development Representative

Ironclad is the leading contract lifecycle management platform for innovative companies. We're looking for a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join our team in San Francisco or New York. As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for creating and prioritizing strategic target account lists, researching and building accounts, conducting high-level conversations with senior executives, and presenting sales pitches to potential prospects.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
  • Research and build accounts, including adding contacts and sending emails.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.
  • Present sales pitches, product reports, and other valuable data to potential prospects.
  • Collect and track information that provides sales intelligence for our team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify product improvements and modifications.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience as a BDR, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Driven and ready to enter a fast-paced startup.
  • Hungry to learn sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Self-sufficient with a strong internal sense of urgency.
  • Thoughtful and able to see the big picture.
  • Excellent communication skills and persistent follow-through on commitments.
  • Flexible and coachable.
  • Comfortable with delivering and receiving feedback.

The OTE range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. Our OTE is just one component of Ironclad's competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards and career growth and development opportunities.
