Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise BDR Team Lead to join our team at 6sense. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Enterprise Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, coach, and motivate a team of BDRs to ensure they overachieve quota
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with each BDR to drive pipeline growth, outline career progress, and establish retention of company values
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance productivity, efficiency, and process
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure high-quality opportunities are generated and converted into stage 2 pipeline
- Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure accurate team metrics are tracked
- Collaborate with Product to share BDR team use cases and best practices
- Help onboard new BDRs to ensure they quickly ramp up to production levels
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales Development Management
- Proven track record of building and scaling BDR teams, coaching, recruiting, and motivating BDRs
- Effective collaboration between sales management and marketing leaders
- Proven work experience as an Enterprise BDR
