Join McKinstry's Energy Division as a Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our growing Energy division in San Antonio, TX. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the built environment.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of sales professionals who are passionate about the built environment and committed to making a lasting impact. As a Senior Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build solid relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the built environment
  • Deliver consultative sales solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations and share this knowledge with clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for our clients
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5-7+ years of proven sales experience in the energy or built environment sector
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent business experience
  • Knowledge of building infrastructure systems, facility management, and critical facilities such as data centers
  • Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
