Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Manage and deliver high-quality sales presentations and pitches
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
  • 6+ months of sales or recruitment experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales or recruitment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
