Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

Position Overview
As a Lead Quality Assurance Specialist, you will engage in intricate inspection tasks to verify that products meet the specifications outlined in engineering documentation and models. Your responsibilities will include examining products, components, subassemblies, and systems, implementing creative solutions, assisting Quality Engineers, preparing inspection strategies, and supporting data collection and root cause analysis efforts.

- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical field or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable manufacturing standards (such as J-Std-001/IPC-A-610) or common mechanical techniques (such as geometric dimensioning and tolerance practices).
- Proficiency in utilizing various measurement tools (calipers, pin gauges, go/no-go gauges, etc.) to ensure compliance of mechanical parts.
