Resumen del Trabajo

Únete a nuestro equipo en Danbury, CT como Inspector de Calidad Senior. Serás responsable de realizar actividades de inspección complejas para evaluar la conformidad de los productos con el diseño, tal como lo definen los planos y/o modelos de ingeniería.

Responsabilidades
  • Inspeccionar productos, componentes, subconjuntos y/o sistemas para asegurar la conformidad con los requisitos establecidos.
  • Añadir valor organizacional implementando soluciones innovadoras y mejores prácticas en todos los procesos de la cadena de valor de realización del producto.
  • Apoyar a los Ingenieros de Calidad en la identificación de condiciones no conformes que presenten condiciones defectuosas existentes o inminentes a nivel de sistema o subsistema de ensamblaje.
  • Supervisar la preparación de planes de inspección y listas de verificación para las inspecciones.
  • Colaborar en la recolección de datos y en investigaciones de análisis de causa raíz.
  • Generar avisos de discrepancia e iniciar acciones del Consejo de Revisión de Materiales.
  • Realizar transacciones de movimiento de materiales tras completar el proceso de inspección.
  • Especializarse en inspección de recepción, inspección en proceso, verificación/auditoría de procesos, inspección final, etc.
  • Apoyar, comunicar, reforzar y defender la misión, los valores y la cultura de la organización.
Requisitos de Educación y Experiencia
  • Título de secundaria o GED.
  • Comprensión profunda de los estándares de fabricación relevantes (como J-Std-001/IPC-A-610) o técnicas mecánicas comunes (como prácticas de dimensionamiento y tolerancia geométrica).
  • Capacidad para utilizar diversos dispositivos de medición (calibradores, medidores de pasador, medidores de go/no-go, etc.) para verificar la conformidad de las piezas mecánicas.
  • Experiencia en la lectura de dibujos mecánicos y capacidad para verificar las dimensiones de las piezas con respecto a los requisitos de los planos.
  • Experiencia en el uso de una Máquina de Medición por Coordenadas (CMM), comparador óptico u otros sistemas de inspección complejos es deseable.
  • Los candidatos deben ser ciudadanos estadounidenses (sin doble nacionalidad) y cumplir con los estándares de seguridad de DRS impuestos por el Departamento de Defensa, incluida la obtención de cualquier autorización de seguridad necesaria por parte del gobierno de EE. UU. dentro de un tiempo razonable después del inicio del empleo.
