Position Summary
FactoryFix is seeking a proficient Test Technician to enhance our operations. This role demands exceptional mechanical and electrical diagnostic abilities, alongside a background in a production setting. As a Test Technician, you will be instrumental in verifying the quality and performance of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer technical assistance to engineers regarding components, devices, materials, and products
- Conduct testing, modifications, rework, and repairs on electronic, optical, and mechanical assemblies
- Manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as necessary
- Adhere to safety and regulatory standards
- Promote the organization's mission, values, and culture
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years of technical experience
- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and schematics
- Experience with soldering, wire bonding, and various testing instruments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directives
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and business tools
