Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer technical assistance to engineers regarding components, devices, materials, and products
  • Conduct testing, modifications, rework, and repairs on electronic, optical, and mechanical assemblies
  • Manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as necessary
  • Adhere to safety and regulatory standards
  • Promote the organization's mission, values, and culture

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years of technical experience
  • Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and schematics
  • Experience with soldering, wire bonding, and various testing instruments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directives
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications and business tools
