Position: Vehicle Operations Specialist

Reports to: Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitates the movement and organization of vehicles to enhance display and support sales initiatives.
  2. Delivers vehicles to various locations and customers as needed.
  3. Provides transportation for customers as requested by service or sales team members.
  4. Ensures thorough cleaning of vehicle interiors and maintains a minimum fuel level in all vehicles.
  5. Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery as instructed by management.
  6. Maintains the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the dealership, showroom, and sales lot.
  7. Interacts with the public in a respectful and professional manner, upholding a courteous demeanor at all times.
  8. Complies with dealership policies regarding harassment and discrimination, as outlined in the employee handbook.
  9. Adheres to Car Pros Policies and Procedures consistently.
  10. Follows the established dress code, wearing the provided uniform and presenting a professional appearance.
  11. Displays the Car Pros Employee ID Badge daily.
  12. Completes additional tasks as assigned by management.
