Join Our Team as a Vehicle Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Service Specialist to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for our guests' vehicles.

Our award-winning training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. You will learn to change oil, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect and replace lights and wipers, perform an 18-point safety check, and more.

As a Vehicle Service Specialist, you will work as part of a team to provide fast, easy, and trusted services to our guests. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will be encouraged to learn and grow with our company.

We offer a competitive weekly pay rate of $19.25 per hour, paid on-the-job training, and a range of benefits, including paid time off, holiday pay, tuition and certification assistance, and access to a FREE online university. To succeed in this role, you will need to be flexible and able to work weekends. You will also need to have a friendly attitude, a desire to learn, and the ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking is also required.
