We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Engineer - Medical Imaging Specialist to join our team at PaxeraHealth. As a key member of our Technical Support Services team, you will play a critical role in deploying and supporting our innovative medical imaging solutions.

As a seasoned professional in Healthcare IT, you will leverage your expertise to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and support. You will work closely with our Services Leaders, Project Managers, Product Managers, Product Development, and Sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions to healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and support medical imaging solutions in a timely and collaborative manner.
  • Lead the team in delivering outstanding customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct technology and architecture assessments using common methodologies and processes.
  • Meet quality objectives through rigorous attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Healthcare Integration knowledge, including HL7, DICOM, and IHE.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and solve problems independently and as a team.
  • Shell scripting, HTML, XML, PHP, and SQL skills.
  • Experience with administration of standard services, including IIS, Directory Server, NTP, NFS, and OpenSSL.
  • Good knowledge of MS SQL DB management, query, and administration.
  • Wide range of IT technical skills, including Windows Server, Windows client, VMWare, Storage, Networking, Oracle, Backup Systems, and more.
  • Network administration, including IPv4 networks, NAT, VLAN, and VPN.
  • Network sniffing using Wireshark or tcpdump.
  • Active Directory configuration and administration.
  • Healthcare Integration knowledge and global standards like HL7, DICOM.
  • Practical knowledge in using 3rd party integration engine like Mirth Connect.
