About the Role

Gong Ltd. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Enterprise Customer Success team. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement, product adoption, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 6-8 Enterprise Customer Success Managers in delivering exceptional customer value and achieving quarterly targets.
  • Own and manage customer renewals and revenue targets, ensuring alignment with customer executives and revenue operations leaders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build and refine processes, systems, and resources to drive customer success.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer growth, retention, and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities, manage customer needs, and deliver increasing value over time.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in building and managing high-performing Customer Success teams in B2B enterprise SaaS.
  • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of driving customer growth and retention.
  • Passionate about developing people and coaching teams to meet their full potential.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a customer-facing team, prioritizing and managing a book of business, developing best practices, and driving strategic value for customers.
  • Experience owning and managing customer renewals and revenue targets, with a track record of aligning with customer executives and revenue operations leaders.
  • High business acumen and understanding of revenue teams and operating rhythms.
  • Experience driving multithreaded relationships with large, matrixed organizations.
  • High-energy leader with excellent collaboration skills to drive cross-functional customer projects and processes.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $180,000 - $210,000 (70/30 split) OTE USD.
