About the Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner at People Can Fly, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance to our leadership team in North America. Your primary goal will be to develop and retain our most valuable assets - our people.

You will work closely with the North American Studio Head to execute the global HR strategy, focusing on leadership development, employee relations, and compensation structures.

Additional responsibilities include facilitating workshops on soft skills, running L&D initiatives, and analyzing compensation structures to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.

You will also support the global performance review process and actively participate in the HRBP OKRs to drive successful implementation.

Key qualifications include at least 8 years of experience in the HR field, with at least 3 years as an HRBP and 1 year minimum at Senior Level. Proven success in HRBP roles in the U.S. is essential, along with experience working with Ontario/Canadian employees.

SPHR or CHRP certification is required, and fluency in English is a must. A caring personality with strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills is also essential.
