Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned operational executive to oversee the execution and management of sales, service, and marketing strategies. This role demands a proactive leader who will drive revenue growth, enhance subscriber engagement, and uphold our exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily operations across various departments, ensuring peak performance in sales, operations, client success, and marketing.
  • Enhance and streamline workflows, processes, and systems throughout the organization.
  • Focus on improving core performance metrics, including net sales, average revenue per user (ARPU), churn rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking and reporting across all functions.
  • Support growth initiatives by spearheading B2B sales efforts targeting educational institutions across the United States.
  • Assist in managing the profit and loss (P&L) with an emphasis on maximizing revenue and cost efficiency.
  • Lead marketing efforts encompassing SEO, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and sales materials to optimize performance.
  • Continuously assess and enhance customer success strategies to boost user satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and regularly evaluate pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and project management teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
  • Foster a workplace culture rooted in innovation, accountability, transparency, and resilience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in a SaaS environment; experience in the educational technology sector is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and marketing roles within dynamic startup settings.
  • Strong analytical skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective team leader with exceptional organizational abilities and a process-driven mindset.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 9 years of management experience in SaaS or technology sectors.
  • At least 4 years of management experience in sales, marketing, and operations within SaaS or technology.
  • Experience in team building and cultivating collaborative cultures that drive results.
  • Preferred experience in managing P&L.
  • Experience in selling technology solutions to educational institutions.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) such as Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, or Clever.
  • Experience with payment gateways like Stripe.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, preferably HubSpot.
