Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing, positive store team.
  • Collaborate with the Market Merchant to establish sales objectives for the store and individual team members.
  • Work closely with the Market Merchant to enhance the store team through recruitment, coaching, training, and strategic planning.
  • Be a visible presence on the shop floor, serving as a brand ambassador and exemplifying Buck Mason behaviors.
  • Support the store team with operational functions of the business.
  • Maintain a professional and organized atmosphere, ensuring excellent execution and adherence to Visual Merchandising standards throughout the store.
  • Promote the use of digital resources to enrich the customer experience.

Compensation: $18 - $26 per hour. At Buck Mason, we prioritize transparency and fairness, particularly regarding compensation. While the base salary range for this position is $18-$26 per hour, your overall compensation package may include commissions, bonuses, and other incentives tailored to your performance and commitment to our craft.
