Job Overview
i4 Search Group Healthcare seeks a highly skilled Strategic Account Executive (SAE) to manage key healthcare accounts, focusing on client satisfaction, business growth, and solution delivery. This role requires sales expertise, industry insights, and relationship-building with healthcare executives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with 5+ years of experience in healthcare account management or sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and sustaining relationships with key client stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding services within accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Account Management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment with client goals.
  1. Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing healthcare accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand services and drive revenue growth.
  1. Strategic Planning
  • Analyze industry trends and market changes affecting healthcare.
  • Develop and implement account-specific strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  1. Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with operations, recruitment, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  1. Reporting
  • Track account performance and revenue growth.
  • Prepare quarterly reviews and forecasts to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare account management or sales.
  • Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
