About the Role

This critical role requires expertise in large group health insurance sales, business development, strategic planning, and relationship management. You will be responsible for driving strategic growth and retention for large group and self-funded health insurance lines of business (LOBs). This includes serving as the primary point of contact for brokers, employers, and key community and government leaders, building long-term relationships to support new business development and retention.

  • Effectively manage relationships with existing clients to maintain business and grow their accounts.">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.">

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Hybrid schedule (Tuesday and Thursday in the office).">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years of relevant experience.">
  • 6-10 years of health-related sales experience, with at least 4 years in large group health insurance sales.">
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Health Resident Producer license within 90 days of hire.">
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada driver's license within 30 days of hire.">
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with experience managing large accounts and clients.">
  • Expertise in sales strategy, account retention, and market expansion in the healthcare industry.">
  • Proven ability to meet revenue targets and business growth goals.">
