Director of Business Development

We are looking for a results-driven Head of Project Execution to lead and manage our project delivery process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing project completion by overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Developing and implementing effective project management strategies to meet business objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications and Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the home building or construction industry (at least 5 years of Operations Management experience).
- Strong background in operations, project management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 plus performance bonus, commensurate with experience and education. Full-time position, on-site in Reno, NV. Schedule: Monday – Friday.
