At Marsh McLennan Agency, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Insurance Marketing Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced account manager with a strong background in business insurance marketing. You will be responsible for working closely with production teams to develop strategic placement solutions that meet the needs of large or complex business insurance accounts. Your expertise will also involve conducting regular meetings with producers and account managers to review upcoming renewals and develop effective marketing/renewal strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in business insurance account management, including marketing/placement support, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop placement solutions for large or complex business insurance accounts
  • Conduct monthly meetings with producers and account managers to review upcoming renewals and develop marketing/renewal strategies
  • Request and prepare new business and renewal applications, including supplements to be submitted to carriers
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of applications
  • Collaborate with authorized carriers to obtain pricing and product information
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of prior experience in a business insurance account management role, including marketing/placement support
  • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve profit center goals and overall company objectives
  • Possession of a Property & Casualty license

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.
