About the Role:
Oakbridge Insurance Agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for all aspects of client service and relationship management, covering the Alpharetta area. While remote work is available, there will be times when the incumbent will need to report to an Oakbridge office for training or required staff meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and insurance company representatives.
  • Assist producers with writing new business and retaining renewals, including application completion, submission preparation, re-marketing, premium negotiation, quote confirmations, proposal preparation, and proposal delivery.
  • Provide clients with support for claim reporting and follow-up.
  • Complete work within prescribed time frames, adhering to agency workflows, and maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
  • Utilize the Service Team for processing changes, claim reports, billing questions, audits, evidence of insurance, and similar transactions.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role at an independent insurance agency.
  • Active or ability to obtain a Georgia Property & Casualty license.
  • Strong understanding of all facets of commercial insurance lines of business.
  • Insurance industry designations such as CIC, CISR, CPCU are highly desirable.
  • Experience with an agency management system, with Applied Epic preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with contractor and residential clients is a plus.
