Are you a motivated professional skilled in managing intricate processes and committed to providing outstanding customer service? We are in search of a proactive Commercial Loan Operations Manager to guide and enhance our commercial lending team as we venture into new opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:

As the Commercial Loan Operations Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our commercial loan operations, ensuring a smooth process from origination to servicing that aligns with our goal to exceed customer expectations. You will work closely with various internal and external partners, serving as a vital link to ensure that documentation and processes uphold our high standards.


Key Duties Include:

Enhancing Service Quality:
Advocate for our mission, vision, and values by ensuring all commercial lending activities reflect our dedication to excellence.

Streamlining Documentation Processes:
Collect and prepare essential loan documentation, including title and UCC searches, and supervise the preparation of documents for loan closings.

Ensuring Compliance:
Examine loan documentation to identify and resolve issues, guaranteeing adherence to bank policies and regulatory standards.

Leading and Coordinating Efforts:
Manage tickler reporting, collaborate with internal departments, and address customer inquiries with professionalism.

Innovating and Educating:
Serve as a subject matter expert on commercial lending software, assist with training, and oversee additional staff as the department expands.

Staying Informed:
Remain updated on all loan products and software systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Who You Are:

Experienced Professional:
You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5-10 years in commercial lending, documentation, or servicing.

Analytical Thinker:
Your strong analytical and writing skills enable you to present ideas and strategies effectively.

You excel in communication and interpersonal skills, motivating and collaborating with others effortlessly.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial lending or related fields.
