Job Title: Commercial Property Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Assistant to join our team at FOUNDRY COMMERCIAL LLC. As a key member of our Property Management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Property Managers and field personnel.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support for Property Managers and field personnel, including preparing letters, memos, spreadsheets, and purchase order requests.
  • Assisting in ordering office supplies and building materials.
  • Requesting and maintaining Tenant Certificates of Insurance.
  • Maintaining lease files and other essential documents.
  • Administering the work order system, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and some college preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of work-related experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and analyze complex business documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
