Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our Sales Team in Wisconsin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with independent specialty retailers, developing new business relationships, and growing your territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to independent specialty retailers daily to showcase and sell our products.
  • Identify and solicit new sales opportunities with retailers.
  • Collaborate with store owners and buyers on creative merchandising and marketing ideas.
  • Build and grow relationships with store owners and buyers to effectively communicate the value of our product lines.
  • Deliver exceptional customer-centric experiences in sales and service.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends in home decor, gift, and fashion.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Territory Manager or Sales Representative in the gift, home, or apparel lines.
  • A driven work ethic and strong communication skills.
  • Energetic and professional appearance.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to carry samples, climb stairs, and drive for extended periods.
  • Proactive selling skills and a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel and video conferencing.
About the Territory:
  • Southern and Northeast Wisconsin, including Milwaukee, Madison, and Green Bay, as well as Northwest Illinois.
  • Ideal location is Madison or Milwaukee, but candidates in other parts of the territory will also be considered.
