Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to enhance our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling construction services, particularly to light industrial clients such as banks and office spaces. This role involves managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and building relationships to collaborating with clients and our pre-construction team to finalize project agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the construction sector.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the light industrial market.
- Coordinating with the pre-construction team to ensure seamless project transitions.
- Representing DeLeers Construction with professionalism and integrity.
