Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Membership Services Representative to join our team at The Salvation Army Central Territory. As a key member of our Welcome Desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process membership sales, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Manage the Welcome Desk, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring all necessary materials and resources are available.
  • Assist with special events and programs, providing support and ensuring a smooth experience for attendees.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • First Aid, CPR, and AED certification required within 90 days of hire.
